2. Eligibility & Parental Consent

Our services and tests are designed for minors. By registering:

  1. You confirm you are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  2. If you are registering a student, you are the parent or legal guardian authorized to enter into this agreement on their behalf.

3. Admissions and Registration

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any registration process.

  • Admission Discretion: Admission to our regular batches (e.g., 2026 Batch) is subject to seat availability and our selection criteria.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service or admission to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Academic Services

  • Curriculum: Our coaching is focused on Science and Maths for the CBSE curriculum.

  • Faculty: Students may learn from faculty with credentials such as “99.56 Percentile in JEE (AIR 836 OBC),” as advertised. Faculty assignments are subject to change.

  • No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific exam results. Success depends on the student’s personal effort.

5. Talent Search 2026 Terms & Conditions

The following specific terms apply to the Talent Search 2026 event advertised on our website and promotional materials:

  • Event Details: The Talent Search 2026 test is scheduled for January 11, 2026, and January 18, 2026.

  • Eligibility: The test is open only to students currently studying in Class 7, 8 and Class 9.

  • Registration: Students must register for the test via our website or the provided contact number. Registration is mandatory to participate.

  • Prizes and Scholarships:

    • The total prize pool, including scholarships and rewards, is worth ₹1,00,000.

    • All scholarships and rewards are merit-based, determined solely by performance in the Talent Search test.

    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where explicitly stated by Foundation Classes.

  • Right to Modify or Cancel (Important):

    • Foundation Classes reserves the absolute right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Talent Search 2026 test at any time without prior notice.

    • We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or reduce the prize pool, scholarship amounts, or reward details at our sole discretion.

    • We may change the test venue, format, or eligibility criteria if necessary.

    • In the event of cancellation or modification, Foundation Classes is not liable for any claims or losses incurred by participants.

  • Disqualification: Any student found using unfair means during the test will be immediately disqualified.

6. General Scholarships (Non-Talent Search)

  • Modification: For any non-event-based scholarships, Foundation Classes reserves the right to withdraw or modify offers if false information is provided or if a student fails to maintain required academic or conduct standards.

7. Fees and Payments

  • Payment Terms: Fees for regular classes must be paid according to the provided schedule.

  • Refunds: Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Late Fees: Failure to pay fees on time may result in suspension of classes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, in our classrooms, and in our test materials—including logos, study materials, and sample papers—is the intellectual property of Foundation Classes. You may not copy or distribute these materials without written permission.

9. Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline, attend classes regularly, and respect teachers and peers. Violation of these rules may result in termination of enrollment without refund.
